Charakteristika vína
The wine has garnet deep red colour with purple reflexes. The aroma is expressive but very mild, it reminds overripe berries of black currant, bilberries and elder.
Konzumace
The palate is full, warm with sweetish tannins, we can also feel stewed bilberries and sore cherries.
It’s suitable for venison, spicy pork and also for grilled specialities.
