Charakteristika vína
Taste cuvée of Merlot and Dornfelder. The wine has granite red colour with purple reflections. In aroma is dominant composition of ripe forest fruit and raspberry.
Konzumace
The palate is velvet, warm, with round body, mild acid and sweetish tannins.
Fruit which we can smell is coming to the taste and tones of compote and candied fruit.
We can drink it on its own or with meals or soft pate, venison ragout, soft hard cheese.
